What is Warmup Inbox?
Warmup Inbox is a deliverability tool. You connect an email account and it exchanges warmup messages so mailbox providers see regular, wanted mail. It also checks spam placement and sender reputation. Your real outreach still happens in whatever sending tool you use.
Is there a free option?
Yes. Freemium includes unlimited inboxes at 15 warmup emails a week, plus basic reports, and needs no card. Paid plans have a separate 7-day trial of the full plan you pick. Cancel during that trial and Warmup Inbox says you are not charged.
What do the paid plans cost?
For one inbox, Basic is $19 a month or $15 a month billed yearly. Pro is $59 or $49. Max is $99 or $79. Yearly billing is one charge for 12 months and is listed as 20 percent less than paying month to month.
What if I have many inboxes?
You pay per inbox, and the rate drops as the count rises. At 51 inboxes and above, Warmup Inbox asks you to book a quote instead of using the public slider. Adding an inbox mid-cycle is prorated.
Can I warm an SMTP-only address?
Yes, on the Send-Only plan at $139 per month, with up to 150 warmup emails a day. Those inboxes send into the network but do not receive replies. Warmup Inbox says this plan includes the feature set of Pro.
How long should warmup run?
Warmup Inbox recommends leaving the inbox connected for as long as you send from it. There is no published day when an inbox is finished. Stopping warmup while you keep sending cold mail puts the reputation work back on the real campaigns.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the dashboard. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid, then it expires. Downgrades take effect at the next cycle.
