These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a contract between you and Creatr Studios Inc., operating the Zezmo site ("we," "us," or "our"), for your use of https://zezmo.com and any page, feed, or related service we operate (the "Site"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Zezmo is an independent editorial site at zezmo.com, operated by Creatr Studios Inc.. We publish short guides about third-party software and services, then link to those companies. We do not sell those products, host checkout, process payments, or provide the products ourselves.

Zezmo is an independent site and is not affiliated with OpenAI or ChatGPT. We are also not the maker, owner, or agent of the products described on the Site.

2. Affiliate relationships

Some links on this site are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you.

Buttons that leave the Site for a seller are affiliate links. They use rel="sponsored nofollow noopener" and may include a tracking parameter so a network or seller can credit a referral. You are never charged extra by us for using that link. Prices, plans, and offers on the destination site are set by the seller and can change.

3. The Site is information, not advice

Pages describe how a product appears to work, who it may help, and what you can do with it. They are general information for a general audience. They are not professional advice of any kind, including legal, tax, financial, medical, or employment advice. They are not a promise that you will be hired, ranked, admitted, or otherwise successful if you use a tool we mention.

Product details, prices, features, and availability can go out of date. Confirm everything on the seller's own site before you buy or rely on a feature.

4. Third-party sites and brands

When you follow a link, you leave Zezmo and are subject to that third party's terms, privacy policy, and practices. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, security, products, billing, or support.

Names, logos, and trademarks of other companies appear for identification and commentary. Their use does not mean those companies sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with Zezmo.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's layout, original writing, original graphics, and the Zezmo name and logo are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy the Site for a competing publication, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, or present our pages as your own.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to break into, overload, or interfere with the Site or its logs.
• Misrepresent a relationship with Zezmo or with a product we describe.
• Use automated means to extract content except ordinary search indexing of public pages.

The Site has no user accounts and no public comments. If we add those later, additional rules will appear in an updated version of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code, or that any description of a third-party product is complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEZMO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FROM A PRODUCT YOU BUY AFTER LEAVING THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100), except where a statute in your jurisdiction says that limit cannot apply. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers or caps. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Zezmo and its operators against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent we caused the harm.

10. Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection laws of your place of residence require otherwise. You and we agree that the courts of Ontario, Canada will hear disputes, except where a law gives you the right to another forum.

If a court finds a part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
