Privacy policy
Last updated October 6, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Creatr Studios Inc.("we," "us," or "our"), operating Zezmo, handles information when you visit https://zezmo.com (the "Site"). Zezmo is an independent editorial site. We do not sell products on this Site, we do not run checkout, and we do not create user accounts.
If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the Site. For how the Site works more generally, see our Terms of Use.
1. Who is responsible
Zezmo is operated by Creatr Studios Inc.. Privacy questions go to [email protected] or to the mailing address below.
Creatr Studios Inc.5 Mariner TerraceToronto, Ontario, Canada, M5V 3V6Zezmo is an independent site and is not affiliated with OpenAI or ChatGPT.
2. Information we collect
We keep data collection small. Depending on how you use the Site, we may process:
- Technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting environment may record the page requested, date and time, browser type, referring URL, and IP address. We use this to keep the Site up, diagnose errors, and stop abuse. We do not use these logs to build a marketing profile of you.
- Affiliate click records. If you use a product button, your browser sends us the page slug and any
utm_parameters already on the address. We store that record (slug, those campaign parameters, a derived tracking value, and a timestamp) in the server log. If a webhook is configured for the Site, the same record may be forwarded there. We do not collect your name, email, or payment details in that click. We do not set a tracking cookie for it. - Email you send us. If you write [email protected], we receive whatever you include (name, email address, message, and any page URL you mention) so we can reply.
- No accounts. The Site does not offer sign-in, profiles, comments, or stored payment methods.
3. Cookies and similar technology
We do not set a first-party analytics or advertising cookie for the affiliate buttons. Your browser may still store ordinary technical data needed to load the Site. Third-party sites you open from a button (the sellers) have their own cookies and policies. We do not control those.
4. Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you.
When you leave through a sponsored link, the destination company or its affiliate network may know that the visit came from Zezmo, including through a tracking parameter on the URL. Their use of that information is governed by their privacy policy, not this one.
5. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Operate, secure, and repair the Site.
- See which campaigns and pages led to a seller click.
- Answer email and correct pages when you ask us to.
- Comply with law and defend the Site if needed.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their independent marketing. We do not use click records to contact you, because those records do not include your contact details.
6. Who we share with
We may share information with:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store or transmit the Site and its logs, only as needed to run the service.
- Affiliate networks or sellers when you click a sponsored link, through the URL you chose to follow, not through a file of names we send them.
- Professional advisers or authorities when the law requires it or when we must protect the Site, our users, or others from harm or fraud.
If the Site is transferred as part of a sale or reorganization, this information may move with it, still under this policy or a successor notice.
7. How long we keep it
Server and click logs are kept only as long as needed for operations, security, and campaign reporting, then deleted or aggregated in the ordinary course of running the Site. Email is kept as long as the conversation remains relevant, then deleted from active inboxes, subject to ordinary backups.
8. Your choices and rights
You can use the Site without clicking a sponsored button and without sending email. Campaign parameters in the address bar are optional; they are only recorded if they are already on the URL when you click.
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and certain U.S. states), you may have the right to ask whether we hold personal information about you, to access it, correct it, delete it, or limit how it is used. Because we do not run accounts, we may only be able to act on information tied to an email you sent us. Write to [email protected] and tell us what you want done. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
We do not sell or share personal information as those words are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide the required opt-out.
9. International visitors
The Site is operated from Ontario, Canada. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in Canada and, depending on our hosting provider, in other countries, which may have different data-protection rules than your home country. By using the Site, you understand that transfer. Where a law requires a specific transfer mechanism, we will use one that fits the hosting setup then in place.
10. Children
The Site is for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where that is the relevant age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use HTTPS and ordinary hosting controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or government ID to [email protected]. We do not need them, and this Site cannot process a purchase.
12. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The updated policy applies to information we collect after the date, and to existing information where the law allows.
13. Contact
Email [email protected], write to us at the address above, or use the Contact page.
