One report for more than one company

Joiin pulls accounting data into consolidated reports, dashboards, and packs. The price on the public calculator follows how many companies you include.

What you can do

  • The trial does not take a card

You can use Max for 14 days and decide afterward. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan at the end.

  • Users are not the meter

Every plan lists unlimited users, unlimited reports, and unlimited clients. The published meter is the number of companies.

  • One company has a published rate

The calculator lists $28 a month for one company, or $23 a month when billed annually. More companies step up on the same table.

  • The plans split features, not headcount

Core keeps a single reporting currency. Pro adds multi-currency, forecasting, and the Excel add-in. Max adds your own exchange rates and an API.

How it works

  1. 01

    Start the trial

Sign up without a card. The 14 days run on Max, so multi-currency reporting, forecasting, and the Excel add-in are available before you choose a lower plan.

  2. 02

    Connect the company files

Link the accounting products Joiin lists, including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and spreadsheets. The company count on those connections is what the calculator prices.

  3. 03

    Pick Core, Pro, or Max

When the trial ends you choose a plan in the app. Users, reports, and clients stay unlimited on every plan. Higher plans add forecasting, extra currencies, and data export.

Who it’s for

Joiin suits finance teams and accountants who already keep books in more than one company file and need a group view. A holding company, a firm with several clients, or a business with two entities can connect those files instead of rebuilding the group in a spreadsheet. It does not replace the accounting system. It reports on the data those systems already hold.

Price follows how many companies you consolidate

Joiin has three plans, Core, Pro, and Max. The public calculator prices by company count. The figures below are the rates it lists, and you confirm which plan those figures belong to before you pay. A 14-day trial needs no card and runs on Max.

Full Max access so you can see multi-currency reporting, forecasting, and the Excel add-in.

1 company

$28/month

USD

Or $23 per month when billed annually. $276 USD for the year at the published annual rate.

The calculator's listed rate for a single company.

  • Unlimited users, reports, and clients on every plan
  • You still choose Core, Pro, or Max for the feature set

More companies

The same calculator lists these monthly rates, with the annual per-month rate in parentheses.

  • 2 companies: $36 a month ($29 annual).
  • 5 companies: $70 ($57). 10 companies: $111 ($92). 20 companies: $167 ($139).
  • 50 companies: $217 ($174). 100 companies: $336 ($252).
  • Above 100 companies, the page lists a start of $336 a month plus $2.80 per company.
  • Billing can be shown in GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, or NZD. Reporting currency inside Joiin is separate from the currency on the invoice.

The company-count rates can move when you switch among Core, Pro, and Max. Confirm the plan and the company count on Joiin before you buy.

Questions

What is Joiin?

Joiin is reporting software for people who need one view of several companies. It connects accounting files, maps accounts, and builds profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and dashboard views. You still keep the books in the accounting product you already use.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The 14-day trial does not collect a card. It uses the Max feature set. At the end you choose Core, Pro, or Max. If you choose a lower plan, the features that belong only to a higher plan stop.

How is the price calculated?

By the number of companies you consolidate. One company is listed at $28 a month, or $23 a month on annual billing. Two companies are $36, five are $70, and 100 are $336 a month on the published table. Above 100, the page starts at $336 plus $2.80 per company. Confirm which of Core, Pro, and Max that table is showing.

Are seats limited?

Joiin says users, reports, and clients are unlimited on Core, Pro, and Max. You do not buy a seat pack. You pay for the company count and the feature set.

Which currencies can the invoice use?

The pricing page can show GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, or NZD. That billing currency is separate from the reporting currency inside the product. Core lists a single reporting currency. Pro and Max list more than one.

Connect one company file and read the group view

Use the 14 days on Max, then match Core, Pro, or Max to the companies you actually consolidate.

No card at signup. The published meter is the company count.
