How credits are counted
The same rates apply on Free and Business. You cannot buy a top-up pack. At zero credits the agent pauses until you renew or the month turns.

What is Algomo?
Algomo is an on-site agent for customer conversations. It chats on your website, can move through the page with the visitor, books meetings on Google and Outlook calendars, and hands the thread to your team by email or Slack. Web chat is the only channel.
What does the free plan include?
Free is $0 and includes 100 credits a month, one user, one workspace, and one agent. Unused credits roll over up to a balance of 140. A free account with no visitor conversation and no agent run for 14 days is deleted. A widget on a live site keeps the account active.
What does Business cost?
The first Business rung is $50 a month for 2,000 credits, or $500 for the year. That yearly price is ten months paid for twelve months of credits. You can step up the ladder, for example $100 for 4,000 credits, through $4,300 for 200,000 credits a month. Volume discounts start at 25,000 credits.
How is a credit spent?
A useful conversation costs 5 credits, and every further 10 replies cost another 5. Lookups and outside workflow steps cost a fraction of a credit. Your own tests use a separate test balance. Algomo shows the verdict for each conversation so you can see why it was billed.
What happens when credits run out?
You get a notice at 80 percent and again at 100 percent. At zero the agent pauses and the widget comes off the site. You can renew immediately or wait until the month turns. Nothing renews on its own, and there is no overage bill.
How many people can log in?
One person on Free, and up to five on Business. You are not billed per user inside that cap. Enterprise is the plan for more users, more agents, single sign-on, and a security review.
Can I cancel?
Free and Business are monthly and can be cancelled. If you cancel mid-month you keep the remaining credits until the end of the paid month, then the account drops to Free and the free credit ceiling applies. Enterprise contracts are arranged separately.
