Can I use it without paying?
Yes. The free plan does not require a card and has no time limit. AhaSlides lists up to 50 participants, unlimited presentations, and a cap of 5 quiz slides plus 3 unscored slides in one presentation. Your account page shows the limits that apply to you.

What happens when the room is full?
The presentation can continue, but people past the participant limit cannot join the interactive parts. Pick a plan that covers the headcount before the event, instead of upgrading in the middle of it.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel from AhaSlides. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid. AhaSlides also says you can request a full refund within 14 days if you have not used it at a live event. Confirm that rule before you rely on it.
Is there an education rate?
